I put my hands on my first real camera - my dad’s old Canon AE-1 - when I was 13, and fell in love with photography right away.

My mind always looks at the world with an eye to how things could be seen or done differently. That doesn’t mean I won’t take a classic hero shot, because there’s nothing wrong with classic; I just enjoy finding new ways to appreciate things. I’m not afraid to explore new subject matter, techniques or editing styles, and want to keep growing as a creative photographer until I can’t take pictures any longer.

I hope you’ll enjoy my gallery, and hope you find something that you’d like to hang on your wall, or give as a gift to someone. Most importantly, I hope you enjoy following my photographic journey and appreciation for telling stories with images in a fresh way.

True to my NY roots as a citizen of the world, I've traveled to or through 26 states and 11 countries and have a long list of places I'd like to visit or revisit, and experience with camera in hand.

As you scroll through my gallery, if there’s an image you love, but are wondering if it might be available in a different format (Portrait or Horizontal), or if you can have a B&W image in color, or vice-versa, don’t hesitate to ask. If it’s possible and the image meets my standards, I’m happy to accommodate. I’ve taken over 150,000 shots over the last 15 years; what’s on display here is just the tip of the iceberg.
